- The team has vast experience over 30 years in moulding operations ranging with adequate support from toolroom team
- Compression moulding team has an experience of moulding component weight from 20 grams to 10 kgs
- Total Number of Machines : 28 Nos.
- Ranging from 40 T to 1500 T
- Materials used – SMC/DMC/ phenolic (with inserts )
Thermoset Injection Moulding
- Thermoset Injection Moulding team has an experience of moulding component weight from 10 gram to 900 grams
- Total Number of Machines – 7 : Ranging from 130 T to 260T
- Good working relationship with IDI, BMC and local suppliers who we work closely for any technical queries / new developments / alternative materials
